Beat eggs with a whisk, along with 150 g of sugar and rose water, then dilute in the composition with milk (slightly heated), and at the end we add flour. In a saucepan, melt a cup of sugar on the small eye of the stove, over low heat.

Stir continuously so as not to stick to the bowl. After the sugar has melted and caramelized, grab the pan on both sides and rotate it carefully so as to line the walls of the bowl with the caramelized sugar, then pour the milk and egg mixture into the bowl.

Bake on low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
