- 300 g dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons whipped cream
- 6 tablespoons condensed milk
- 2 yolks
- 250 g mascarpone
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate cream:
We break the chocolate into pieces and melt it over low heat together with the whipped cream. Remove from the heat, mix and add the yolks. Mix well then let cool. Mix the condensed milk sweetened with mascarpone and then incorporate it into the chocolate cream.
That was all and the result is a fine and good cream.
